Do I need a prescription to get orthopedic corrections for my shoes?
No you do not. You simply need to know and decide what exact shoe lift size build up you require. You will convey this information in a short order form provided and return it to us with your shoes.
How long will it take to finish my order and returned it to me?
From the day we receive and check in your shoes you can expect them to be finished and delivered in 5-7 business days. If nesessay we can accommodate a faster turnaround upon your request. If mailing your shoes, please indicate on the order form that accompanies your shoes the time frame you are looking at and we will do our best to meet that request. It may be necessary to apply overnight express shipping charges.
What type of shoe works best with your service? Are there any shoes you cannot do and I should stay away from?
Our craftsmen have so much experience that there is literally no shoe we have not done a shoe lift on. Our motto is “whatever the customer likes to wear and is most comfortable in is the shoe we can do for you”. We can do running shoes, boots, tennis shoes, sandals, children shoes, golf shoes, cycling shoes, and the list goes on.
Do you install lateral wedges?
Wedges in shoe modifications are a very effective tool to aid and prevent the rolling of an ankle to the inside or outside of the shoe. Many of our customers require a lateral wedge for this purpose and we are happy to accommodate this request.
Can you add shoe lifts and heel lifts to my golf shoes?
Yes, we have done many golf shoes and do all brands and styles. We cannot promise but perhaps the change will lower your handicap after this modification at least two strokes.
Can you add shoe lifts and heel lifts to my football or soccer cleats?
This is a popular request with young athletes. We do many football and soccer cleats for parents with children participating in these sports.

Yes, we do all our lifts custom to size even to the exact millimeter; no leg length difference is too small or too large.

I brought in my tap shoes, the souls were coming off and there was super glue where my dad tried to fix them. He told me he could only fix the souls but when we went back to get them he took off the glue and made the shoes look brand new.
